GOOD TO KNOW
All processing stages for your recording: transcription, alignment, and optional speaker labels. The measured media duration, including pauses, determines the charge. Durations are rounded up to the next second, not to the next whole minute.
No. Each pack is a one time purchase. Purchased minutes remain available for 12 months after purchase. The once per account trial expires 30 days after grant.
A task reserves its required balance while processing. If it fails to deliver the required result, the reservation is released. A refund of a purchased pack is a separate support request.
Yes. Editing and exporting an existing result do not consume another processing charge. A new transcription run requires a new confirmed quote.
Trial task results are available for 7 days. Tasks on accounts that have purchased minutes have a 30 day retention period. Check the task expiry and download before it ends.
Each file can be up to 500 MB and 60 minutes long. Media must contain a supported audio track. The service checks your file before running inference.
